What can you expect from us?
Ranking Tournaments
Topspin Table Tennis Academy hosts 4 ranking tournaments each year, which are the perfect moment for the players to showcase their skills and ignite their competitive spirit. During these tournaments, players get to use what they have learnt in their training and commitment. It is our way of creating healthy competition within the our table tennis community.
Fitness Sessions
Apart from the regular fitness sessions hosted within the academy. Special beach training sessions are organised throughout the year with the intention of improving the players' fitness. Physical instructors are constantly invited into our Academy providing us with intense exercises, helping our players to improve their stamina and endurance. Whilst we push our community to elevate their fitness levels we are constantly testing our players and athletes fitness levels.
Workshops
Hosted by health practitioners, psychologists & physiologists, these seminars focus on the importance of mental preparation in the fast-paced sport of table tennis. Aspects of goal setting and game techniques are explored in order to equip athletes with the tools to stay composed under pressure and make strategic decisions during matches. These skills help to boost confidence and resilience on the table.
Training Camps
Our Academy hosts a number of training camps during the year. Offering players a remarkable opportunity to elevate their skills, both in training camps abroad under the guidance of foreign coaches, or inhouse training camps, by brining foreign coaches & players to spar against our own. These camps focus on improving and learning new techniques and strategies during the extensive training sessions.
