A Tournament to Remember: TopSpin Athletes Claim Podium Success

The 2nd Ranking Tournament held by the Malta Table Tennis Association was one to remember, where four topspin athletes placed on the podium throughout the tournaments
In under 11, Topspin athlete, Zack Borg placed first in his age group. On the table, he showed consistency and control throughout his matches. His ability to fight off the opponents earned him a well-deserved title.
Luke Fenech also secured first place in the under 19 category after a very solid fight. He played with confidence throughout his matches, and his smart decision-making on the table helped him finish the competition on top in a strong and competitive category.
The girls' seniors was also a strong and competitive category. Alice Mariani placed first, and Nadia Bonett placed second. Both showed excellent performances. Alice’s determination and match control were shown well throughout the matches, while Nadia showed great adaptability and motivation when she kept pushing to the last point.
Overall, this tournament served as a valuable experience for the TopSpin athletes to gain experience and expand their knowledge on tactics and skills. Congratulations to all of the athletes, you deserve it!
