After a day of excitement, rallies and dynamic energy, our doubles partners have showed their skill in the game in order to reach the top and claim their trophies.

In the Challenge event, the thirteen pairs showed great enthusiasm for the sport, with all players trying their best to pass the group stages. As the top two teams proceeded to the main event, the last teams got the chance of playing in the plate event, to continue practicing their doubles game.

In the finals of the Challenge main event, Spiros Stampoulis and Edward Licari played against Mireille Bonnet and Zack Borg. The latter pair of TopSpin youngsters displayed their skill and coordination, and challenged the pair in an enticing final. Stampoulis and Licari came out on top, claiming the title of the Challenge main event. It was also exciting to see Miguel Baldacchino, paired with Jayden Camilleri, rise to the semi-finals of the main event. Playing for third and fourth place, they lost to the skilled Daniel Renaud and Vincent Ballet, but still showed an improvement over the last tournament.

The players who made it to the Challenge plate event did not fail to impress with their enthusiasm and skill. Chris Feng managed to reclaim his place as the plate event winner, alongside his new doubles partner Gabriel Muscat. This came after a match against the pair Kyle Boyianzis and Mason Mifsud, who displayed their talent to the last point.

The Premier category gave us a display of great skill and coordination between the pairs. With long rallies, hard-earned points, and great communication, the players who passed the group stage were able to rise to the challenge and make it to the semifinals.

As in the previous tournament, Luke Fenech and Nicholas Sciberras won against Alice Mariani and Sabine Darmanin. Both pairs showed determination, competitiveness and teamwork, and gained the satisfaction of having reached the finals. Eddmar Diacono, paired with Matthew Cassar, challenged Matthew Attard and Michael Caruana at the end, and managed to claim the 3rd place title.
